Student Profiles

Every student in your academy has a profile page. Here is how to open it and what you will find inside:

How to open a student profile:

1

Click "Students" in the sidebar

This opens the Students list, which shows all students in a table with columns for Name (with avatar), Mobile, Class (badge chips), Homework (completed/assigned count), Avg Score (%), Enrolled date, and Status (Active/Inactive). Use the search bar to find a student by name, or use the Class and Status filter dropdowns to narrow the list.

2

Click any row to open the student's profile

Click anywhere on a student's row to open their individual profile page. The search bar placeholder reads "Search by name..." — type a student's name to jump to them quickly.

What is in a student profile:

Name

The student's display name shown across the dashboard and in all reports. Click the name to edit it at any time.

Classes tab

Shows every class the student is currently enrolled in (e.g., Grade 5 Mathematics, Grade 5 Science). Click "Add to Class" here to enroll them in a new class, or click the remove icon next to a class to unenroll them. See assigning students to classes for full steps.

Homework history

A chronological list of every homework assignment sent to this student: the worksheet name, date sent, date submitted, and score. Click any row to see the student's individual answers.

Performance summary

Aggregate scores and trend data across all submitted homework. Use this to quickly identify topics where the student is consistently scoring below average and needs extra practice.

Editing a profile: To change a student's name, open their profile and click the edit icon next to the name field. Changes are saved immediately.
