How to Complete the Onboarding Wizard

The onboarding wizard appears automatically after you become an Educator. Follow these steps to finish setting up your academy.

Step 1 — Welcome screen

The wizard opens automatically after your academy is created. The welcome screen introduces the setup and offers two buttons: “Get Started” to continue with setup, or “Skip setup” to go straight to your dashboard.

Step 2 — Add Classes

Create your first class or classes. Fill in: Subject (type freely or use the quick-select buttons), Grade (type freely or pick a grade 1–12 from the quick-select buttons), and an optional Label (for example “Monday batch”). Click “Add Class” to save each class.

Step 3 — Add Students

Add your first students. Required fields: Kid Name and Email. Optional fields: Mobile (with country picker), Grade, and Assign to Class. Click “Add Student” to save each student.

Step 4 — Done

The final screen shows a summary of what was set up and provides quick links to Assign students to classes, Create your first worksheet, and Set up homework. Click “Go to Dashboard” to enter your academy.

Tip: You can skip any step and come back to it later. Classes can be created from the Classes page, and students from the Students page.
