Can a Tutor Be Part of Multiple Academies?
No. Each tutor account is linked to one academy at a time. This is intentional — it keeps your workspace clean and avoids confusion between different academies' students, content, and data.
Why one academy per tutor?
- Clarity — when you open the dashboard, you always see your academy's students, classes, and homework. No switcher, no context confusion.
- Security — student data from one academy is never mixed with another's.
- Simplicity — one set of classes, one credit pool, one team to manage.
If you need to move to a different academy:
- 1Ask the current academy Owner to remove you from the team — The Owner goes to Tutors in the sidebar, finds your name, and removes you.
- 2Ask the new academy Owner to invite you — They go to Tutors in the sidebar → "Invite Tutor" → enter your email.
- 3Click the invite link in your email — You will be added to the new academy and your dashboard will update to show their content.
