One Academy Per Tutor
Each tutor belongs to one academy at a time. When you log in, you see only the classes, students, worksheets, and homework that belong to your academy — nothing else.
What a tutor can see and do inside their academy:
Their own classes and student rosters
Worksheets they created, plus shared academy worksheets
Homework assignments they created
Submission results and scores for their classes
What a tutor cannot see:
- Other tutors' private classes or their students' data
- Any content from another academy
- Billing details or credit purchase history
This scoped access keeps student data secure and ensures each tutor has a focused, uncluttered workspace.
