How to Invite a Tutor

Only Owners and Managers can invite new team members. Here are the exact steps:

    Click "Tutors" in the sidebarThis opens the Tutors page showing all current team members and their roles.

    Click "Invite Tutor"A form slides open on the right side of the screen.

    Enter the person's email addressType the email of the person you want to add to your academy.

    Select their roleChoose "Manager" or "Tutor" from the dropdown. See Understanding Roles if you are unsure which to pick.

    Click "Send Invitation"An invitation email is sent to that address immediately.

What happens after you send the invitation:

  • The invited person receives an email with a link to join your academy
  • If they do not have a Knowbotic account yet, the link takes them through a quick signup first
  • Once they accept, their name appears in your Tutors list with the role you selected
  • Pending invitations show as "Invited" in the Tutors list until accepted
