How to Invite a Tutor

Only Owners and Managers can invite new team members. Here are the exact steps:

   Click "Tutors" in the sidebar — This opens the Tutors page showing all current team members and their roles.

   Click "Invite Tutor" — A form slides open on the right side of the screen.

   Enter the person's email address — Type the email of the person you want to add to your academy.

   Select their role — Choose "Manager" or "Tutor" from the dropdown. See Understanding Roles if you are unsure which to pick.

   Click "Send Invitation" — An invitation email is sent to that address immediately.
