Personal vs Academy Worksheets
Knowbotic has two separate types of accounts — Learner accounts and Tutor (Academy) accounts. Each has its own worksheets that work differently. Here is what distinguishes them:

Academy Worksheets (Tutor accounts)
- Created by tutors inside the Academy dashboard using the Generate Worksheet button on the Worksheets page
- Saved to the academy's shared library — visible to all tutors in the academy
- Can be assigned as homework to classes or individual students
- Student results are tracked and shown in the tutor's reporting dashboard
- Students access them via magic links — no student login required

Personal Worksheets (Learner accounts)
- Created by learners inside their personal dashboard at Personal > Worksheets
- Stored in the learner's private dashboard — not visible to anyone else
- Used for self-study and personal practice — cannot be assigned to others
- The learner takes the worksheet themselves — results appear in their own dashboard only
Learner and Tutor are mutually exclusive account types
A single Knowbotic account is either a Learner or a Tutor — not both. If you are a tutor, you work inside the Academy dashboard. If you are a learner, you work inside the Personal dashboard. The two spaces are kept completely separate.
