Worksheets

Worksheet Library

Every worksheet you save is stored in your academy's worksheet library. You can access, reuse, and assign any worksheet from this library at any time. Here is how to use it:

  1. 1

    Click "Worksheets" in the sidebar

From your academy dashboard, click the Worksheets link in the left sidebar. This opens the worksheet library page, which lists all worksheets your academy has created.

  2. 2

Browse or search for a worksheet

All saved worksheets are shown as cards with a difficulty badge, grade and subject badge, tags, title, assigned count, and date. Use the search bar to filter by keyword, or use the difficulty filter and group/class filter dropdowns to narrow down the list.

  3. 3

Click "View" to open a worksheet

Each worksheet card has a "View" button. Click it to open the worksheet and see all questions, the answer key, and the creation date. From this view, you can also edit the worksheet.

  4. 4

    Edit an existing worksheet

Inside the worksheet view, click the "Edit" button to modify any question, add new questions, or delete questions. Click Save when you are done.

  5. 5

Click "Assign" to create homework from a worksheet

Each worksheet card has a coral "Assign" button (paper-plane icon). Clicking it opens the "Assign to Class" dialog where you fill in the Title (pre-filled), select a Class (required), and optionally set a Time Limit (in minutes), Opens At date, and Closes At date. Click "Assign & Share" to confirm — students with email addresses receive magic links automatically.

  6. 6

Reuse the same worksheet for multiple classes

You can assign the same worksheet to as many classes as you like. Each assignment is tracked separately — students in Class A and Class B will both see the worksheet, but their results are shown independently.

Worksheets are saved automatically after generation

When you click Save at the end of the creation flow, the worksheet is added to your library immediately. You do not need to assign it right away — see Can I Create Worksheets Without Assigning Them?
