Are Credits Shared Across Tutors?
Yes. Credits belong to the academy, not to individual tutors. Every tutor in your academy draws from the same shared credit pool when they generate worksheets or evaluate short answers.
What this means in practice:
- Any tutor or manager in the academy can generate worksheets using academy credits
- Short answer grading for any tutor's homework draws from the same pool
- Only the Owner manages the credit plan for the whole academy
- No need to allocate or distribute credits to individual tutors
To monitor which tutors are using credits:
- 1Click "Billing" in the sidebar
- 2Scroll to the Credit History table — Each row shows which tutor triggered the credit spend, what action it was, and when.
