Billing & Credits
Tracking Credit Usage
To see how credits are being used in your academy, follow these steps:
- 1Click "Billing" in the sidebar — Opens the Billing page. Only the Owner can access this page.
- 2Check the Current Plan card — Shows your active plan name and what is included.
- 3Check the Credit Usage card — Shows a progress bar with how many credits have been used and how many remain, plus the date when credits next reset.
- 4Scroll to the Credit History table — A log of every credit transaction — each row shows the action, the tutor who triggered it, the date, and how many credits were spent.
What is visible on the Billing page:
Current Plan card — Your active plan and what is included
Credit Usage card — Progress bar showing credits used vs. total, plus the next reset date
Credit History table — Every credit deduction: what action, which tutor, how many credits, exact timestamp
Only the Owner can access the Billing page. Managers and Tutors do not have access to it.
