Do Credits Expire?
Yes — credits reset each billing cycle. Credits come with your subscription plan and are refreshed at the start of each new billing period. Unused credits from the previous cycle do not carry over.
How the credit balance works:
- Credits are included with your subscription plan — they are not purchased separately
- Credits are deducted when you generate a worksheet or when a student submits a short answer response
- Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle — unused credits do not carry over
- To get more credits, upgrade to a higher plan
To check your remaining credits and reset date:
- 1Click "Billing" in the sidebar
- 2Check the Credit Usage card — Shows a progress bar with credits used vs. total, and the date when credits next reset.
