Billing & Credits
Who Can Manage Billing?
Only the academy Owner can access the Billing page and manage the plan. The Billing sidebar item is not visible to Managers or Tutors.
Owner
- — View current plan, credit balance, and reset date
- — Upgrade the plan via Billing in the sidebar → "Change Plan"
- — View the full Credit History table
- — See per-action credit usage log
Managers
- — Cannot access the Billing page — the Billing sidebar item is not visible
Tutors
- — Cannot access the Billing page — the Billing sidebar item is not visible
If your academy is running low on credits and you are not the Owner, let your Owner know. They can upgrade the plan from Billing in the sidebar. See Understanding Roles for a complete permissions breakdown.
