How Do I Create an Academy?
Creating an academy takes less than a minute. Follow these steps:
Log in to your Dashboard
Go to knowbotic.app and sign in with your account. You will land on your personal learner dashboard.
A role selection modal appears automatically
On your first visit, a modal shows two options: Learner (blue) and Educator (coral). Click the Educator card.
Confirm the one-time change
A confirmation dialog warns that this action cannot be reversed. Click “Yes, Make Me an Educator” to proceed.
Your academy is created automatically
Knowbotic creates your academy as “[Your Name]'s Tuition” and takes you straight to your educator dashboard. You can rename it later in Settings.
Start teaching
You can now create classes, add students, and generate your first worksheet.
Note: The role selection modal appears automatically on your first dashboard visit. If you already dismissed it, the same flow can be triggered from Settings in the sidebar.
